Appointments are an important part of your treatment because time has been set aside just for you. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule so we do not hold up other patients.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that things come up, and we appreciate your help in keeping the schedule running smoothly for everyone.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all fees, and we will go over estimated costs before any treatment begins. Charges are due at the time of service unless we have worked out other arrangements ahead of time.
